DAVIS, Craig Richard - age 57, of Flushing, passed away February 26, 2024 at his residence. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 AM Monday, March 4, 2024 at Flushing Community Church of the Nazarene, 9500 W. Pierson Road, Flushing, MI 48433 with Pastor Terry Bate and Pastor Rick Schmidt officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-7 PM Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473 and from 10 AM - 11 AM Monday, March 4 at the church. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Flushing Community Church of the Nazarene Mercy Team. Craig was born December 27, 1966 in Flint, the son of Walter and Gloria (Wheaton) Davis. He was a Union Laborer in Local 1076 retiring in 2017 after 30 years of service. Craig married Tammy Magiera on May 10, 2002. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed making maple syrup, cutting wood, bowling and shooting sports. Craig was an active member of Flushing Community Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are: wife, Tammy Magiera-Davis; children, Kayla (Trent) Reinertson, Tyler Davis and Garth Magiera; grandchildren, Aleah, Aiden, Emersyn, and Evrhett Reinertson; parents, Walter and Gloria Davis; sisters, Leigh Ann (Davis) Wood and Paul Taylor, Allison (Tony) Elliott; mother-in-law, Jolene Robinson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Davis and his cousin, Charles Wheaton. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
