Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. Craig was a good friend for many years. I've been meaning to get back in touch with him for some time now and am sorry that I didn't. At one time, he was a fixture in the bodybuilding business and was a role model for a lot of young people. I knew him before and after his time at Work Out World in Tinton Falls and in Brick. We lost touch a few years after he opened Planet Fitness, and then Future Fitness, in the Turnersville area. My sincere condolences for your loss.

Bridget and Craig´s Family,

I´m so sorry to hear of Craig´s passing. It´s so sad that such an amazingly fit icon of the seventies fitness era battled numerous health issues later in life.
Fifty years ago I worked for and with Craig at European Health Spas in Upstate New York. European Health Spas were the largest chain of health clubs in the United States with over 150 health facilities throughout the Country. They were considered the elite of the fitness industry at that time. As a leader in the industry Craig brought fitness centers to an entirely different level over his many years in the business.
Craig spent his entire life dedicated to health and fitness. He had a great sense of humor, quick wit and an infectious smile.
Like many of us, we´ve been separated through time, circumstance and now his passing. I will always have a special place in my heart for Craig. May he rest in peace. God bless him, Bridget and his family.

my deepest condolences to bridgett, and craig´s family.

i met craig back in the nineties, when he, scott & doreen hired me to design their new health club, planet fitness. for many years, i had the pleasure of watching this brilliant, beautiful man change the face of health clubs in new jersey. craig was an expert in physical fitness and nutrition, a highlighted focus in his health clubs.
we became friends, i played golf with him, i helped design the interior of one of his beach houses, shared a love of cars, gambling, and other interests. i learned so much from him, about business, fitness, and friendship. he was a truly special person to know.
recently, we traded stock tips, as i tried to convince him to get a tesla to drive him around town. i was saddened by his recent health issues, and i really thought he would recover, he was such a strong guy.
i will miss him and the great times we had. what a wonderful person he was.
rest in peace, my friend.
