Craig Kueber Obituary
Craig Kueber, 34, of Mt. Vernon, IN, sadly and unexpectedly passed away on February 19, 2024. Craig was born in Evansville on November 1, 1989, the son of Charlie and Sherri (Schorr) Kueber. He married his sweetheart, Christy (Flinn) Kueber, on August 6, 2022.
"Kueb" proudly worked at Sabic as an operator on Team 2, since 2019. He previously worked at WSI, Auto Zone, and Wesselman's. Craig was a class of 2009 graduate at Mt. Vernon High School and was also a marching band member. As the proud owner of a 1986 GMC Sierra Classic and his interest in vehicles led him to attend Lincoln Tech School where he studied Auto Collision repair. Mostly Craig loved spending time with his loving wife and family.
Craig is survived by his wife, Christy; parents, Charlie and Sherri of Mt. Vernon; in-laws, Mary Powell and Thomas Flinn of Vero Beach, FL; as well as many family members and friends.
Craig is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul and Ruth Kueber; maternal grandparents, Walter and Lois Schorr; Uncles, Keith Schorr and Alroy Key; and Aunt, Teresa Schorr.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Denning Family Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Rev. Dallas Robinson will officiate with burial to follow in the Zion-Lippe Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the Shriners Children's Hospital or the MV Marching Wildcats. Online condolences may be left at denningfamilyfuneralhome.com
