Craig “CJ” Mangrum Jr., the son of Craig Mangrum Sr. and Margie Green-Troupe was born July 12, 1989 in Arlington, Tx. He spent his formative years in Fort Worth, Texas surrounded by family and friends who loved and adored him.
CJ received his education in the FWISD.
He was a man of many crafts and talents which included his artistic abilities to draw and paint art. His entrepreneurial mindset gave him the skills to engineer and build several of his own successful businesses. CJ was gifted and passionate with working on cars of all calibers. His many accomplishments included being a licensed barber, an auto mechanic, owner and operator of My Brothers Keeper Trucking Co., and owner of vending machines.
Craig poured into the lives of his three children, whom he loved and were very dear to his heart.
Craig was called to rest on July 22, 2024. Relatives making the transition before him includes his great -grandparents Hazel and Percy Mangrum Sr., grandparents Mary and Harper James Smith Sr., uncle Freddie Lee Nichols Sr., great uncle Lionel Mangrum.
Those left to celebrate his life and cherish his memories are his mother, Margie Green-Troupe (Erics) , father Craig Mangrum Sr. (Cassandra), grandmother: Lois Elaine Mangrum.
Siblings: Byron Smith, Keith Wilson(Ashley), Mia Clay( Darnell), De’Andra’ Green(Taren), Sydney Green-Troupe, Journey Mangrum, Bella Mangrum.
Children: Kendall Mangrum, King Mangrum, Khrissette Majanja
As well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and best friends Jorge Gutierrez and Arrington Chase.
