Craig was my T38 Instructor Pilot in the early 70´s at Sheppard AFB, Texas. At one point, we went cross country during my training. I am a native Memphian, and, as we took off from another nearby base, we flew over Memphis. Craig asked from the back seat, "Hey, Bill, want to see Memphis from 30,000 feet-inverted?" I responded, "Sure!" Craig proceeded to roll us inverted over my hometown and the MidSouth Coliseum!! A memory that I will never forget. Rest in Peace, my Brother.

Craig was a big brother to me for many years. His knowledge and calm approach to life problems helped me grow up in many situations. Craig was always a "quiet" leader. He approached problems with a logical attitude which has influenced me for my whole life. When a person gives that to another it is wonderful. This world and this country will miss him. He is in my heart forever.
