Craig William Nutting

Craig William Nutting, 53, of Crawfordville, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, with his family by his side. Originally from Massachusetts, Craig moved to Crawfordville in 1983. He attended and graduated from Wakulla County High School. His parents proudly owned Myra Jean's Restaurant, where Craig worked and helped out for many years. Later, he became a contractor and established his own renovation business with his wife Tiffanies' grandfather, Clarence Cantrell, specializing in home remodels ranging from kitchen, bathroom, decks, full house renovations, or anything he could get his hands on. Among his proudest accomplishments was his work on the renovations of the skyboxes at Doak Campbell Stadium. Craig was a devoted Florida State, New England Patriot, and Boston Red Sox fan. Whenever any of their games were on, his neighbors knew it. He also loved playing baseball and was a member of a local bowling league with his close friends. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed taking his boat out and spending time fishing or just riding on some peaceful water with his family and friends. His closest companions in life were his father Butch and brother Rob, who remained his best friends throughout his entire life. Craig is survived by his parents, Butch and Myra Jean Nutting; his brother, Rob Nutting (Raina); his wife, Tiffanie Goodnight; his daughter, Tayler Hall (Casey); his son, Colby Nutting; and his beloved granddaughter, Audrey, who was the absolute light of his life. Craig's life will be honored on Saturday, October 18, 2025, during his Cornhole Tournament at 3Y Ranch, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Skip and Trey Young are assisting the family along with Paula and Amanda.
