Cristobal Perez, affectionately known as Chris, passed away at the age of 56 on June 18, 2024, in Seguin. He was a remarkably talented welder and mechanic whose skills and craftsmanship left a lasting impact on those around him.
Born on 17, 1968, Cristobal was a man of many talents and passions. His love for his work was evident in every project he undertook, and his dedication shone through in the meticulous details of his creations. Beyond his career, Cristobal found joy in collecting old coins, fishing trips that brought him solace, and the beauty of classic cars.
His charismatic personality was a beacon of light to all who knew him. Always full of love and warmth, Cristobal had an exceptional sense of humor that never failed to bring smiles to the faces of those around him. He lived life with an open heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His presence brought comfort and joy to countless lives.
Cristobal cherished his time with family above all else. Whether it was spending quality time with his beloved daughter Elida Delany Pérez or sharing laughter with his dear mother Elida Pérez, father Anselmo Perez, siblings Cristena, Ernest, Connie, Lile, Anselmo Jr., and Ruben—family was at the core of his existence.
In addition to his immediate family, Cristobal is survived by his sisters and brother Norma and Manuel . His memory will also be cherished by sisters Lupe, Mary, Oli, and Amy.
The legacy Cristobal leaves behind is one of love, laughter, and unwavering kindness. His impact on the lives of those who knew him will be forever remembered.
May his soul find eternal peace as he embarks on his next great adventure. Visitation will be on June 26, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A mass will be offered on June 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
