Crystal Lee Beltran

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - Crystal Lee Beltran, age 41, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025. She was a resident of San Antonio, Texas. Born on April 7, 1984, Crystal grew up in Edinburg, Texas, and graduated from Edinburg High School before earning her degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

Crystal dedicated her career to nurturing young minds as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at Canyon Ridge Elementary School in San Antonio. Known for her tenderness and strength, she was deeply committed to her work with children, providing a safe and loving environment that fostered their growth and well-being.

Her life was a testament to the power of love and care. Her faith in Our Heavenly Father was her strength. Crystal was a devoted mother to her daughters, Olivia and Amelia Pina, who were the center of her world. Her passion for motherhood was paralleled by her love for nature and the arts. She enjoyed cooking, reading, hiking, gardening, bird watching, and expressing herself through dancing and karaoke. Crystal found solace in the simple pleasures of life, such as sitting by the ocean or enjoying her morning coffee while observing the tranquility of nature. She was an animal lover with a gentle heart for every creature.

Crystal is survived by her loving parents, Ricardo and Frances Beltran; her sister, Judy Johnson (Phillip); and her cherished daughters, Olivia and Amelia. She also leaves behind her nephews, Matt, Randy, Javier Jr., and Joseph. Crystal was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nettie Daniels, Francisco Valdez, and Gildardo & Francisca Beltran.

On December 6, 2025, a Mass will be held at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, located at 501 E. Kuhn St., Edinburg, TX. A Celebration of Life will follow immediately at Monte Cristo Country Club, 3603 N. Kenyon Rd., Edinburg, TX. Crystal's love and legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her, and her spirit will forever remain in their hearts.
