CRYSTAL LORRAINE ELMORE
October 27, 1936 ˜ December 5, 2023

Crystal Lorraine Elmore went home to be with her Lord on Dec. 5, 2023, in Vancouver, WA, after a brief illness. She was born in Edgely, ND, on Oct. 27, 1936, to Ada and Arlyn Houge. Crystal and her young family relocated to Vancouver in 1956 from North Dakota. She was a longtime member of United Methodist Church. She worked most of her life at both Emerald Gardens Nursing Home and PeaceHealth Hospital for over 35 years. Crystal is survived by her son, Dale (Lisa) Christie; daughters, Connie (Randy) Schreiber, Melody Logue, and Susan Christie, Norma Christie (deceased).
Crystal deeply loved and cherished every one of her extended family!
Grandchildren (9), Lisa Walther (Keith), Doug Christie (Jackie), Chris Schreiber, Erica Wyatt (DJ), Tim Logue, Jeff Logue (Hattie), Trevor Christie, Troy Hunt (Elaine), Michelle Allen (Bill).
Great-grandchildren (17), Chantel Christie, Doug Christie Jr, Lauren Allen, Caleb Allen, Hunter Wyatt, Gunner Wyatt, Jace Schreiber, Alex Schreiber, Corbin Walther, Curtis Walther, Adian Hunt, Nathan Hunt, Lindsi Logue, Keatin Logue, Quintin Logue, Zander Logue, Rylinn Logue
Great-great-grandchildren (1), Saniyah Davis
A celebration of life will be planned in the summer of 2024.

Memories of my Grandma
She rang the salvation army bell at Fred Meyer with her friend Corkey.
She was a Bunco Queen played on 3 different Bunco groups
Favorite color red
She was a Stevens Minister at her church.United Methodist.
She made the best potato Salad
She enjoyed traveling
She went to Jerusalem and China with her church group.
She was also in the Red Hats.
I sure miss her!
