A celebration of Crystal's life will be held at Angel Funeral Home's Chapel of Angels, 2209 S. Arthur, on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:00 am.
Crystal was born on December 16, 1959, in Garden City, Kansas to Darrell W. and Margaret J. (Maupin) Billings. She adored playing with her grandchildren. They were all so special to her and each held a piece of her heart. Crystal found joy in gardening, reading a good book, and of course she loved to shop and travel with her beloved family creating memories that she cherished throughout her entire life.
Crystal is preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memories are her beloved husband, Jack Payne of the home, daughter, Ashly Montano and husband Cameron of Amarillo, sons, Wesley Sloat and wife Crystal of Amarillo and Rusty Sloat and wife Raelyn of Borger, Texas, sister Venus Fairchild of Amarillo, and brother, Darrell Billing Jr and wife Faith of Canadian, Texas.
