Curtis Cottrill Obituary
Born November 26, 1960 in Rootstown, OH, Curtis was the son of the late Dale Cottrill, Sr. and Mary Westfall Cottrill Barnes.
On June 1, 2013 Curtis married his beloved wife, the former Joyce Tedrow Main. She survives at home.
Curtis had worked in construction and remodeling and was self-employed.
He was a member of Church of the Nazarene in Ohio. Curtis was an avid sports fan. He was one of Union Schools biggest sports fans. Curtis was also a fan of the Cleveland Browns, NASCAR and drag racing. A loving husband, father and grandfather, his greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Curtis is survived by his children, Curtis A. Cottrill, Michael S. Cottrill (Sadie), Ray Main, Jr. (Lena), Alex Main and Kaytlyn Main, his sister, Linda Weltey and nine grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Curtis was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Cottrill and sister, Carol Steele.
Honoring his wishes there are no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
