Curtis Lee Courtway of Cadet, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the age of 42. Curtis was born on January 11, 1983, a beloved son of James Peck and Paula Courtway.
Curtis was a graduate of Kingston K-14. He had a passion for working on cars and was highly skilled with the mechanics of both large and small engines. He also enjoyed riding 4-wheelers and motorcycles, sharing his love for adventure and the outdoors with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving mother, Paula Courtway; father, James Peck; son, Landon Courtway; grandmother, Pat Peck; four siblings, Cheryl Courtway, Amber Peck, Andrea Peck, and Jason Hale; bonus brothers, Brian Covington and Dustin Ratliff; and a special niece, Jaelyn Courtway.
Curtis was preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnny and Genevieve Dobbs, and other dear relatives.
