Curtis was a very humble, patient and insanely talented in the Culinary Arts! He was always there for advice on anything, cooking, relationships and keeping my head up!
He could cook anything and everything under the Sun, that I knew of! He could make the most delicious dishes with very limited ingredients at different friend's homes! He made it look so easy!
I observed his incredible poise and professionalism when a waiter was ridiculously rude waiter said things uncalled for and out of line. He was like a general, calm and collected and handled the situation with the most classy and prestigious manner one could've! Just one many beautiful traits my best buddy had and let shine so bright!
This was at one of so many charity competitions that he participated in representing Funky Door. One of his oldest and best friends Josh Taylor is to his left, myself (Travis Hughlett) is on the right.

There are so many memories, and I will do my best to share all that I can remember over the next few days.
This one was St. Patrick's Day. Curt knew how to make you feel like special. His kindness and thoughtfulness were contagious! We shared so many brews and shots over the years!
