Curtis L Domme

Curtis Lee Domme, of Albuquerque, NM was born September 23, 1949 and passed from us on November 4, 2025.

He was predeceased by his parents, Vincent Domme and Wilma (Hayes) Domme, as well as his older brother, Kenneth Domme and Kenneth's wife Jamie (Kearny) Domme; and brothers-in-law, Mel Sedillo and Bob Barton.

He is survived by his loving family: wife, N. Bess Campbell-Domme; his children, Nicholas Domme and wife Karyn; Gregory Domme and wife Shannon; and daughter, Lisa Domme. He had seven precious grandchildren: Amanda Brandeberry, Zoey Brandeberry, CJ Brandeberry, Shayla Domme, Sabian Domme, Jade Barricklow, Vincent Domme; and great-granddaughter, Saamiya Garcia. He is also survived by his two loving sisters, Vincine Sedillo and Elizabeth Domme-Hansen and husband Leonard Hansen, along with many treasured nieces and nephews.

Curt was a life-long resident of Albuquerque and he loved living in New Mexico. He started his schooling at Our Lady of Fatima, finishing at Highland High School. After graduating, he worked with his brother, Kenneth learning the electrical trade. He then joined Sandia National Laboratories in 1970 in the Electrical Trades apprenticeship program and he spent 32 years with Sandia, where he made and kept many friends.

Curt was fun-loving and loved to be around his friends and family. He was a passionate 'car guy' and enjoyed tinkering in the garage working on cars. He also enjoyed spending time at Elephant Butte with his many friends there. He was a league bowler for almost 50 years and loved the camaraderie of the bowling community. His guilty pleasure was going to the casinos to play and he had lots of fun!

We would like to thank the wonderful caregivers at Watermark at Cherry Hills, his amazing hospice support from AmberCare, the staff at Mayberry Senior Services, and Caring Hearts Senior Housing Advisors. You truly enriched Curt's life.
