Curtis Lee Longsdorf, 78, of Berea, died March 28, 2024 at his residence, in Berea.

Curtis was born October 20, 1945 in Lodi, Ohio to Charles Max and Edna Mae {Flath} Longsdorf.

Curtis graduated from Cloverleaf High School, He honorably served in the U.S. Navy from 1970-1974 during the Vietnam Conflict.

Curtis was employed at Ford for 40 years, retiring in 2006. He was involved in the Lodi Legion and the VA for many years. Curtis was very active in Boating, ATV, Side by Side riding, Dirtbike riding, trips on his Harley and Water Skiing. Anything with a motor Curtis enjoyed, he loved taking and putting things back together.

Curtis will be deeply missed by his loving companion Helen Longsdorf; children Heather (Rocky) Baith of Seville and Chad Longsdorf of Akron; grandchildren Jordan and Connor Baith; sisters Carol King and Connie Jones and numerous nieces and nephews.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call Thursday April 4, 2024 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hilcrest Chapel, Seville. Memorial services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Curtis-Longsdorf) with Chaplain Richard Carrell officiating. Burial will be at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens, where military rites will be held. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars or the Wounded Warrior Project.
