Curt has been my friend for over 40 years. We enjoyed sports including basketball, softball, golf, several annual golf trips and member/guest tournaments. He had a zest for competition, camaraderie, and life itself. He was one of the most positive, optimistic, and encouraging people I´ve ever known. Curt was loyal. He was understanding. He was supportive. We have so many funny stories, but one of the most endearing and memorable was his "triple-play" plate appearance in the Novi softball playoffs, which we often joked about. Another was when he promised to kiss me if I made a crucial team putt in a golf tournament (which he still owes me). We were just recently planning a Spring 24 golf trip to Florida when I heard of the tragic news. Curt was rich with a wonderful wife in June, a great family, and so many friends who appreciated and loved him. I will miss you, dear friend. May your tee times be early and sunny. I am so happy and privileged you have been in my life!

Dear June
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Curt. It was a shock. We remember fondly all our trips together to Wyoming with Wagons West horseback riding, Quebec-Canada for many New Year´s parties and Colorado at Rainbow Trout Ranch for more horseback riding. it was always a good time. We were so happy to see you both at the Cottage in Michigan 2 summers ago in Aug 2022. We are sending our prayers for strength and comfort. Our condolences to you and the family. Our thoughts are with you.
Love, Mark and Jennifer OBrien
