Curtis was born on February 25, 1953 and passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Curtis was a resident of Hyden, Kentucky at the time of passing. He received his Bachelor's degree from Cumberland College. TIME AND PLACE OF MEMORIAL SERVICE: 4:00 P.M. - Saturday- September 15, 2018 at the Anna C. Brush Memorial Church, Dryhill, Ky. OFFICIATING MINISTER: Darrell Joseph TIME AND PLACE OF VISITATION: 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. - Saturday - September 15, 2018 at the church HONORARY PALLBEARERS: Curt Rezek, Kris Gilliam, Alex Gilliam, Jack Miniard, Alan Cain, Mason Cain, Noah Cain, Jason Pursiful & the men of the Anna C. Brush Church.
