FETTERS, Cynthia A. (Nee Bisher) Beloved wife of David M. Fetters for 48 years. Loving mother of Tricia (Kevin) Sundeen and Jessica (Brad) Niehaus. Devoted grandmother of Leo, Clifford and Walter. Dear sister of Don (Dee) Bisher and Ron (Anna) Bisher. Also survived by her nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Cindy’s passion for life could only be matched by her love of family. From the beaches of Florida and South Carolina to the riverbanks of her beloved Cincinnati, Cindy lit up any space with her warm heart and laughter. No one was ever a stranger, just a friend she had yet to meet.
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 65 years of age. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victory, 810 Neeb Rd., on MONDAY, July 7, at 11:00 AM.
