September 19, 1960 - October 17, 2022
Cynthia Fouts Gimbert passed away on October 17, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Though she has left us in body, we all know her spirit is at peace. Cynthia leaves behind a husband, Hunter Gimbert; and two children, Tucker Cole Gimbert and Sarah Hunter Gimbert. She is survived by her sister, Jennifer Leigh Fouts of Huntersville, NC.
There will be a celebration of life service and rememberance at Olivet Moravian Church on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Olivet Moravian Church of Pfafftown, NC.

It´s 2024 and I just found out. Cynthia was one of my best "middle school " friends. She was so spirited. There was never a dull moment around her! I have so many fun memories of her. Rest well Cynthia.

Cynthia worked with Dr. Bell at Forsyth Hospital. My daughter had to have multiple surgeries. Cynthia was our angel. We loved her dearly. She was wonderful!! She is missed.

In 1983 Cynthia and I met at Forsyth Tech while in the nursing program. We always had a bond because we were nurses, but we had a friendship that ran deep. Oh, how I would love to see that smile one more time. But it will have to wait. Rest in peace my sweet friend.

My deepest condolences to her family and friends. I was her patient and at my last appt in August I was compelled to hug her and tell her I loved and admired her and she hugged me back for a long time. I had no idea what she was dealing with but God laid it on my heart and I'm so grateful he did. She will be sorely missed.

I loved taking care of patients with Cynthia! She was spot on, compassionate and a great nurse! I first heard her say, "SWEEEEEET"! and almost feel over in the nursing station. Sending blessings to her husband and children. She talked about you all the time and how much she loved you when we worked on 5 Ardmore at NCBH together. Debbie

We were shocked and saddened to hear about the passing of Cynthia. She was beautiful inside and out, upbeat and stylish. Prayers go out for Hunter and the rest of the family. She will surely be missed.

I´m truly sorry for the families great loss. I was one of her many patients and truly loved her down to earth talks we had. She was always upbeat and full of laughter. Never let on that she was having any problems herself. I´ll surely miss seeing her at the doctor´s office. Treasure all of your wonderful memories as she will always live in your hearts. Many prayers are with everyone now and the days ahead.

I'm just one of the many patients that she had but she was always an Angel to us. She never let on that she had any medical problems and I am truly hurt from hearing of this loss. My prayers go out to the Family, just know she did make a difference to so many.
