Cynthia Lou Juarez

1963 - 2024

EDINBURG - Cynthia Lou Juarez, age 60, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. She was born June 6, 1963, in McAllen, to Harry and Gloria Rich. She Married her best friend Miguel Juarez on March 11, 1985, in McAllen. She worked most of her professional career in the medical industry. Cynthia lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; reminiscing with old friends, constant joking with her husband, caring for her cat "Tiger", and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed watching sports, especially her favorite team the Houston Astros. Most of all though, she enjoyed, and never missed a single day without calling her children before the end of the night, catching up on the day and telling them how much she loved them.

She is survived by her husband Miguel Juarez, her children Mike Juarez, Rafael (Kristal) Juarez, and Jose Cantu. Her grandchildren Laetia, Mia, Natalia, Trinity, Bella, Aurelio, Adan, and Andrea. Her sister Linda Wheeler (William Vance) and brother Harry (Daisy) Rich, as well as all her nieces and nephews.

Family, friends and others whose lives Cynthia touched are invited to the Rivera Funeral Home 1901 Pecan Blvd in McAllen from 3pm-9pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The service is at 7pm. Burial services will be Thursday May 16, 2024 at 1pm at Valley Memorial Gardens 3601-3611 N Taylor Rd, Mission, Tx.
