Dagoberto "Beto" Ramirez Jr

January 30th, 1950 - March 24th, 2026

Dagoberto Ramirez Jr, 76, of Fontana, California, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. Born January 30th , 1950, in New Mexico. Dagoberto Jr., was the son of Crusita Chavez and Dagoberto Ramirez, raised by his grandmother Clara Ross and loved deeply by his stepfather Eddie Barger. He was a loving father to Tina Angelique Ramirez, Dagoberto Roman Ramirez and Summer Lemming-Ramirez, A proud grandfather, to Angel, Leslie, Jose, Carlos, Jesse, Image, Pascual, Santana, Salvador, Mariah, Josiah, Joesph, Jerald, Jay. And an even prouder, great grandfather to Isaiah, Halo, Angelica, Athena, Eli, Andrew, Zoe, Damien and Avayah.

He proudly served his country in the branch of the Army. He received a national defense, service medal, Vietnam service medal and Vietnam campaign medal. He was proud of his expert medal and marksman medal. He started his love for welding through Harbor Occupational Center School. He took this passion and went to work for the Naval Ship Yard. He was known as Rambo by peers. His little stature gained him the ability, to fit into areas of ships that many could not go he proudly spoke of these many stories. With all the trust and knowledge gained, he traveled the world, welding on ships.

He loved sharing his childhood memories. He enjoyed the beach, having a beer and watching the sunset. On his most recent adventures, he looked forward to his daily outings, which included getting lotto tickets, car wash and getting to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for few pieces of his favorite peanut butter fudge with his veteran's discount of course and every blue moon a $100 dollars well spent at the casino. Let's not forget how excited he was for his VIP parking pass also know for disabled parking.

He loved beyond measure, and wanted everyone to be filled with that love when they were around him. He always wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of, even if it was just simple things like making sure someone was fed. Let's not forget his laugh, that laugh, will ring on in our hearts forever.
