Dakaraii D. Cal was born to the proud parents of Antonasia Franklin and Deveon Cal on July 30, 2024. The Lord blessed us with an angel, even though this time with us was cut short on October 11, 2024. Our hearts will be forever filled with joy and happiness.
Our beautiful Dakaraii was met at the gates of Heaven by his great-great-grandmother, Barbara Williams, cousin Darnell Holloway and his uncle Kabin Cal.
Our darling Dakaraii leaves to cherish his beautiful and loving memory to his loving mother, Antonasia Franklin; wonderful father, Deveon Cal; big sister, DaNalye Cal; beautiful grandmother, LaShana "YaYa" Bobbitt of South Bend, IN; caring grandparents, Joanne Cal, Anthony B. Franklin, Sr of Portland, OR and Harold Dickerson; great-grandmother, Jeanette Doaks -Perkins; his caring, loving aunts Unique Bobbitt, Crystal Cal and Terinia Williams; wonderful, loving uncles, LuVell Edmondson; Sy 'Aiir Bobbitt, Julian Yates of South Bend, IN; and Anthony B. Franklin, Jr. of Portland, OR; special cousin, Nymyiir Maydwell; and a beautiful host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family who will miss him dearly.
