I was a fellow store director with Dale and my wife worked for him at two different stores he managed.
We spent time in the Uintas with him and Fran. We bought our property in what Dale called God's Country. The North Slope of the Uintas. Thanks Dale for the time spent with you.

Dale and I became friends when he became our store director at the North Temple Albertsons. We soon started enjoying weekend trips to his cabin and vacations to Lake Powell. Many of the employees that Dale mentored went on to have leadership positions with Albertsons, myself included. I am glad Dale enjoyed his retirement because he worked very hard for a very long time. Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed. Jim Lund

I will be forever grateful to Dale for hiring me to work in his customer service booth at the 21st south store. It was at this store I met Jeff. Dale always teased us about dating and working together. It all worked out. 31 years 2 kids and 1 grand one the way later. Dale mentored Jeff at the Draper store and helped get him promoted to Store Director. We think of him often. Our love and sympathy go out to you Fran, Haley, Angie and
the rest of his dear family. He will be missed
