PIQUA -- Dale A. Birman, 69, of Piqua, passed away at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at his residence after a long battle with heart complications. He was born April 19, 1953 in Piqua to the late Lewis and Juanita (Packman) Birman.
Survivors include two children, Chip (Rachel) Birman of Burna, Kentucky, Andrea (Trenton) Karn of Piqua; the mother of his children, Connie (George) Atkinson of Piqua; eight grandchildren, Katelyn, Abigail, Aubri, Melanie, Andrew, Vincent, Ellie, C.J.; one brother, Thomas Birman of London; one sister, Toni Studebaker of Piqua; a niece and nephew, Tina Reedy of Piqua, Eric Evans of Piqua; and his very close friends, Mike Swabb and his family. He was preceded in death by two nephews, Jimmy and Tommy Birman.
Dale was a 1972 graduate of Piqua Central High School. He worked as a production supervisor for Jackson Tube, from which he retired after 42 years. Dale enjoyed bowling and golfing. He was an avid NASCAR fan where he followed Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and Kevin Harvick and was a die hard fan of the Cleveland Browns. He was proud of his yard and enjoyed maintaining his lawn. He loved his grandchildren and his "grand-puppies", Stella, Lilli and Daisi. He will be deeply missed by his loving family.
A gathering of family and friends to honor his life will be will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home. Per Dale's request: CASUAL ATTIRE, NO JACKETS OR TIES. Private burial will be held at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. Memorial contributions may be made to the Piqua Fire Department, 229 W. Water St. Piqua, OH 45356. Guestbook condolences and expressions of sympathy, to be provided to the family, may be expressed through jamiesonandyannucci.com.

Some of my best memories as a kid were at Dale´s house. My mom (Laverne) used to date Dale. Dale was a great guy and will be missed. He was so proud of his NASCAR/Browns man cave down in the basement and it was AWESOME! Condolences & prayers to his family!
