Dale will be deeply missed by his devoted life partner, Danny McDivitt. Dale is also survived by his daughter, Nichole D'Angelo, from whom he had been estranged from. Efforts are now being made to reach Nichole to inform her of her father's passing and to honor his final wishes of cremation. However, we are required to obtain Nichole's signature in order to move forward with these arrangements.
