Dale RIchard Davis

On Thursday, February 21, 2008, Dale (Dick-Pete) Davis, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and cherished friend, passed from his earthly home to his Heavenly home. He leaves behind: his wife of 40 years, Lothele; and their daughters, Donna and Tami; his brother, Earl; his sister, Juanita; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dale was preceded in death by his son, Roland. Dale was born and raised in Midvale. He was a lifelong member of the LDS Church and he and Lothele were sealed in the Los Angeles Temple in 1970. Dale was a Vietnam Veteran and served in the Air force for 27 years. Dale lived for being �Santa�s Helper� for over 40 years. He was an avid coin collector and enjoyed an occasional trip to Wendover. Dale�s wish that in lieu of flowers, his family and friends make a contribution for Cancer Research. His friends and family are invited to attend graveside services at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road on Tuesday, February26, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. Visitation held Tuesday, 1 hr. prior to services. We wish to express our gratitude for the care Dale received from Dr. Corcoran and Avizonis, their staff, and a special thank you to the staff at Heartwood Hospice.
