Obituary Dale Lamont Dorigatti
Dale Lamont Dorigatti, 70 year old Blackfoot resident, died Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in Blackfoot, Idaho.
He was born December 24, 1954 in Logan, Utah, the son of Donna Elaine Jones and DeWane Samuel Dorigatti. He grew up in Logan, Utah where he attended schools and earned his GED. He continued his education and earned welding degree.
On April 11, 1985, he married Carol Jean Dunn in Elko, Nevada. Dale loved being a father to Angela, Teresa, Mark, Teresa and Tina.
Dale was a truck driver for many years.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was also a member of the Blackfoot #1416 Elk's Club. He served as the Exalted Ruler, Idaho State Secretary and Idaho District Deputy. Dale loved to go golfing, camping, 4-wheeling, bowling and hunting.
Dale is survived by his wife Carol, his children Angela (John) Knight, of Filer, Idaho, Teresa Dorigatti of Logan, Utah, Tina (Vern) Kelly of Blackfoot, Idaho. Mother Donna Dorigatti of Tremonton, Utah. Siblings Michael (Peggy) Dorigatti of Tremonton, Utah, Lisa (Richard Eccles) Dorigatti of Tremonton, Utah, and Laraine (Alen) Riser. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his father DeWane "Bud" Dorigatti, siblings Christie Dorigatti, Virginia Potter, Sandra Hansen. Children Teresa Gillespie and Mark Jacaway.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Blackfoot Elks Lodge #1416, 123 N Ash Street, Blackfoot Idaho, under the direction of Hawker Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Grove City Cemetery.
