Dale A. Edwards

Dale A. Edwards, 67 of Gaylord, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, at home.

Dale is survived by his wife, Debra Haney; his children, Shannon Edwards and Shawn Lynn (Jake) Brown, Jerry Allen (Crystal) Edwards, Torenna (Trodrick) Brown and Kayla Edwards; step-son, Bobby Haney; grandkids and 6 great-grandkids; siblings, Dan Edwards (Cindy) Smith, David (Linda) Edwards and Diane (Ken) Allan; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Mabel Edwards, daughter Corey Edwards, Chuck Kitley best friend, Garry Haney, brother in-law/best friend, Betty and Nelson Haney in-laws, and some aunts and uncles.

Dale was a loving son, brother, husband father, uncle and grandfather. Dale has 2 brothers, 1 sister, 6 children, 1 stepson, 9 grandkids and 6 great grandkids. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. He lived in Michigan and Florida, where he fulfilled his career as a plumber. He also loved hunting, fishing, camping, playing in the mud and he really loved to tinker with anything he can get his hands-on. Dale always said he can fix anything. (Including all his kids, glasses along with his own.) Dale married Debra on July 11, 2020 and baptized in November of 2025. Family was everything to Dale and showed several people what a friend was. He will be missed by many.
