Dale Fike Obituary
Dale was a forest ranger for the state of Maryland. He was a member of the Oak Park Church of the Brethren and Knights of Pythias for many years. In addition to spending time with his family, Dale enjoyed tractors and working on arts and crafts.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Charlotte Ann (Munday) Fike; sons, Richard Fike and wife Tracy of Forest Hill and Doug Fike and wife Amanda of Chesapeake Beach. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Elizabeth and Lindsey Anne Fike, and a sister, Thelma "Jean" Sisler.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Monday, November 28, 2022, from 4 to 6 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11 AM with Pastor Carl Fike officiating. Interment will follow in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southern Rescue Squad, 200 Baltimore Ave., Oakland, MD 21550.
Dale's family would like to extend a thank you to the staff at Dennett Road Manor for the excellent care.
