Dale Thomas Flansburg

Port Charlotte, Fla / Boonville- Dale Thomas Flansburg, 52, husband of Dee, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Shorepoint Hospital, in Port Charlotte, FL. Dale was born on April 28, 1970, in Lowville, NY, the son of Thomas A. and Patricia A. (Earl) Flansburg.
Dale grew up in Constableville and attend Constableville Elementary School, later graduating from South Lewis Senior High School, with The Class of 1988, with a certificate in Forestry. While growing up Dale worked on several dairy farms. After completing high school, Dale was employed for Ethan Allen Furniture Company, Boonville and also for F.J. Smith Blacktopping, Constableville. For several years he was employed in the logging business for Albert Loomis and for Failing Logging. Later Mr. Flansburg was employed in heavy construction. At the present time, Dale was employed at Myakka Pines Golf Course, Port Charlotte, FL, where he took great pride in keeping the course greens well-groomed and playing golf with his friends and co-workers.
Dale was united in marriage with Dee Davis, on January 28, 1995, and in September of that year the couple welcomed their son, Corey.
Dale was a hard worker, loving husband and family man. He made friends with everyone he knew and was always the life of the party with his Howdy Roy and One Mo and he always had a good song to sing.
In addition to his wife, Dee, Port Charlotte, Fl, Dale is survived by his son, Corey and Amber, his first grandson, Sterling, all of Boonville; his mother, Patricia, Constableville and Zephyrhills, FL; sister, and husband, Tracy and Sam Gallup, NV, niece, Sabrina and Josh Sciortino; nephews, Jack and Justus Underwood; his father in law, David Davis; brother in law, Jay and Kati Davis; nieces Maranda, Madelyn and Emilee; nephews, Jacob and Jameson Davis. Dale was predeceased by his father, Thomas A. Flansburg, brother in law, Jon Underwood and his mother in law, Christine Davis and maternal and paternal grandparents.
