Rest in Peace,

Dear Barbara,
My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I wish I could have been at the wake but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mr. McCarter,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later for the citizens of Stoughton when you served with the SPD. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I am so saddened to hear of Mr. McCarter's passing. You are in my prayers as you go through this difficult time. He will be missed by many.

Growing up in Stoughton I remember officer Mccarter as the Norman Rockwell caliber. He was always there for guidance and advice to the youth of our community. To the Mccarter family, my deepest sympathies and may Dale rest in peace.

I do remember Dale McCarter as a good guy...may God be good to him and a comfort in your loss.

So sorry Phyllis, Barbara, and your family on the passing of your beloved Dale. I have such wonderful memories of him and his great love for all of you -- and our Stoughton community. I pray that the Lord will be especially close to you all, comforting you through this difficult loss.

I am so very sorry to hear of Mr. McCarter's passing. He was a good friend to our dad; Detective Jerry Galizio; for years. Such a nice man and a wonderful family. May he find rest and peace in Heaven.
