Dale Bruce Moakley, age 70, of Northport, Ala., passed away October 22, 2025. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He graduated in 1974 from Hale County High School.
Dale married Carla on April 20, 1989. Dale worked at JLS Sales for 32 years in Tuscaloosa.
Dale played football for Hale County High School in Moundville, Ala., and loved Alabama football. He loved spending time on the lake and working outside in the yard. He could listen to Elvis Presley all day and knew the words to every song. Dale loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with them.
Dale is survived by his wife, Carla Moakley; children, Brynn Moakley (Natalie) and Angela Medici (Dominic); five grandchildren, Riley, Tyler, Maliea, Lilly, and Brooklyn; brother, Don Moakley (Tami); and sister, Wanda Singleton; and brothers-in-law, Bruce (Kay), George (Irene), Mark (Becky), and Jason (April) Amstrong.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Davis; father, Don Davis; brother, Richard Moakley; and nephews, Neil Moakley, and Chuck Austin.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
