Dale Olson

Dale was a brilliant publicist and one of the most sincere and reliable people I've ever met in Hollywood. He was very kind to me when I brought him my first client and I didn't know what the hell I was doing. From that moment on, we formed a bond that lasted 20 yrs. I'm just sad that I never took any photos of us together so I could look at his smiling face sitting next to me at my desk.

My heartfelt condolences to Gene. Dale was the most reliable friend anyone could have. Dale also was the most graceful host and most sincere person I ever had the pleasure of being acquainted with in Hollywood.

YOU WILL BE MISSED

He was a great man and helped started me shooting Celebrities when he was at Rogers and Cowan. I always ran into him at events over the years and we always talked about the old days! He will be sadly missed! RIP Dale!

My dear high school friend, I am so saddened by your death, but find consolation by recalling my advice to you about going to Hollywood and pursuing your dreams among the celebrities you so admired.
