Dale J. Roth, 80, of Greenville, PA, passed away on October 29, 2025, at UPMC-Horizon Greenville, following a brief illness.
He was born on April 27, 1945, to Joseph and Adele (Henning) Roth in Erie, PA.
Dale was drafted into the Army in 1965. He spent 1 year in the states and was then sent to Vietnam for another year as an aircraft mechanic.
Dale was married to Linda Roth and she survives at home.
Dale was employed with the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad for 38 years as a boilermaker and welder. He gave himself the nickname "Rockin' Robin" because he spent 14 years playing music at reunions and events. Dale and his wife are members of the First United Methodist Church in Greenville, PA.
Dales interests were flying model airplanes and drones, fishing, riding motorcycles, tinkering with electronics, camping and riding snowmobiles.
In additional to his wife, he is survived by: Daughter, Lori (Steve) Code of Knoxville, TN; Sister, Carol (Dave) Stitzinger of Erie, PA; Brother, Wade Roth of Bentleyville, PA; Step-Grandchildren, Max, Mina, Dan and Caryn Code of Coriopolis, PA.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held at John Flynn Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. on Wednesday, November 5th at 1:00 pm. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm.
