Dale Joseph Thomas

Dale Joseph Thomas, 81, of Rainelle passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Born on February 4, 1941 in Marfrance; he was the son of the late Joseph Paul Thomas and Della Marie Weese Thomas.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step mother, Madeline Thomas and a step sister, Elaine Smith.
Dale served in the Army reserves. He was a school bus driver and truck driver for many years. He was a collector of old clocks and Avon glassware. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife, Linda Meade Thomas; sons, Patrick Dale Thomas and Kathy of Fincastle, VA, Stacey Joseph Thomas and April of Christiansburg, VA; grandchildren, Braeden and Kelsey Thomas, Taylor Bachelder, Fallan Thomas, Aaron Thomas; great grandchildren, London, Kendall, Roman and Camilla; sister, Suzanne and Danny Redden of Rainelle; brother, Paul Thomas and Cathy of Crawley, his dog, Brantley; extended family and friends.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 2, 2023 at Greenbrier Avenue Church of God with Pastor Aaron Davidson officiating. Entombment will follow at Wallace Memorial Mausoleum, Clintonville. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 until time of service at the church.
