It is with great regret that I am not going to be able to attend this celebration of a wonderful man. Dallas and Alfreda have always been kind to me when I would serve @ Beech Bend as Chaplain for Crossroads Ministries. I fully intended to be there, but I have come down with a spring cold and just don't think it wise to risk others who will be attending. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this difficult time. Our love goes out to Mrs. Jones and all of the family. Beech Bend will not be the same without Mr. Dallas ! Brock and the family have big shoes to fill, but I believe they will do just fine. They have been taught well and raised right. Carry on !

Our hearts are broken with this sad news. As the Chaplain for several racing events that take place each season at " the Beech", Dallas and Alfreda have become very special to our hearts. We will miss him terribly, and continue to pray for the Jones family throughout this difficult patch of road they must travel. God Speed Mr Jones. I'm sure you are probably already making improvements on "the Heavenly Raceway" Finally, we have the right man in place for the task !!!!

Freida and Dallas and family are good folks who are kind hearted work very hard and were always fair minded folks.
My husband Gene was honored to work for them in the track and Park and Dallas was kind enough to do commentary for the Bowling Green article written for Genes Induction to NARHOF in Lincoln, Ne. We both laughed when Dallas called Gene a talented "old man" . Freida who always took good care of Dallas and her family, and worked right along side him night n day.
God Bless you and keep you, Susann Kidder

Dallas was an amazing mentor to many of us that have continued a career in motorsports. He had a huge heart for family, friends and even strangers. Dallas had high expectations of people that worked with him but only for the reason to make you a better Christian and human being. Dallas once handed me the keys to his beloved facility and I will never forget those words of trust and faith that I felt in his office that day. I work many large events at Beech Bend and always looked forward to the handshake that would accompany our interactions. Dallas, as you sit in heaven beside Clay, just know you made life long impressions thru the years and I am forever thankful to have called you my friend. May you rest in peace sir and keep a watchful eye and helping hands of an angel on all of us as we continue to make you proud of life´s work here on the ground. Till we meet again my tears will be often but they will come with great memories of you and our years together...
With Love,
Lonnie Grim
