Dallas Parker Obituary
Born April 23, 1939, in Haywood County to the late Frank Ollis and Ruth Elizabeth Parker, he is also preceded in death by his siblings Frank Ollis Parker Jr. and Elinor Allen; his nephew Mitch Allen; and a great-grandson Brody.
Dallas proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces as a member of the 82nd Airborne and the Seabees National Guard. He enjoyed his fulfilling career at Champion. Outside of work, he was passionate about exercise, biking, motorcycle riding, and skydiving. He had a love for carpentry, shown greatly through his work.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 68 years, Doris Parker; his children, Deanna Raley and Dallas Robert Parker Jr. "Pug". He leaves behind cherished grandchildren Chanda (Jacob), Tanya Michelle Parker, and Reno Parker Raley; his great-grandchildren Korbin, Avery, Jackson, and Sophia; and his brother Wallace David Parker Sr.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
