The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Goodsprings Church of Christ Cemetery. Ben Godwin will officiate.
Mr. Hartley was preceded in death by his Wife of 50 years-Donnie Jean Makemson Hartley; Brothers-Twin-Raymond Hartley and James Edward Hartley; Sisters-Helen Hartley Blackston and Brenda Hartley Woods; Parents-Maw and Pa Fondern.
He is survived by his Wife-Polly Wright; Daughter-Deana Hartley Roberts; Sons-James Carter (Suzy) and Skeeter Carter (Julie); Stepson-JayJay Jordan; Brother-Glenn Hartley (Betty); 12 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren.
