Damon Bernard Marsh

Marie and I still think about Damon often. He was such a positive force in our family's lives. We miss him.

Dr. Marsh was way beyond the best doctor I had but was indeed one of the best human beings I´ve met. Not only he treat me for my health but also gave me so much moral support and help me mentally in times of need when I lost 4 family members. He was so caring. He will be missed but I´m sure God welcomed him with open arms and is now resting in peace next to him. My most sincere condolences to his wife, kids, and all his loved ones.

Just heard the news that a wonderful doctor and friend of my mother just passed. I'm so sorry for your guy's loss. My mother was one of his patients and I remember him with always having a smile. A smile can always brighten someone's life and I know it did always bring joy to my mom when seeing his smile. I for sure know that my mom and Dr. Marsh are in heaven laughing and remembering their talks.

Just learned about Damon’s passing. Very sorry for your loss. Damon is one of a kind, and our world is a much better place because of him. He truly lived what he believed and he made a difference in people’s lives, including mine. Praying for all of the family during this time of overwhelming loss. May God be close and carry all of you through this season of grieving.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Damon was my daughters physician and he was always very compassionate and always looked out for her best interest. He will definitely be missed. May you have peace and comfort through this very difficult time.

Damon was one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. He was patient, he listened, he was thorough. He was not goverend by the clock but by a real desire to heal. Damon's passing is a major loss to his family, his community, and the medical field.

I had been a patient of Damon for the past 17 years, he was always so friendly and caring and always made me feel so very cared for, he will be sorely missed and I hope his family takes comfort in knowing that we share in their grief.

We are heartbroken about this news. Damon has been my husband's doctor for the past 18 years and I have also seen him several times. We have never had such a kind and caring doctor. We never felt rushed with him. He would take time to explain things to us and he was so very personable. He was more than our doctor, he was also our friend. We will miss him so much. As our doctor, he is going to be irreplaceable. We are praying for his family to have peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I was shocked and so very sad to hear of Damon’s passing. I was his patient for 20 years and I have never known a kinder person. He helped me through some hard times in my life. I considered him a friend as well as the best doctor I’ve ever had. I will miss him.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the entire family from deep in my heart. I was very sad upon hearing the news. Damon was my district leader in Spain Madrid mission as 4 of us opened the city of Segovia as the very first missionaries to work there. He was an excellent example and leader and I have always guarded him as one who had a powerful influence in my life. I am grateful for the friendship we built and the gospel of Jesus Christ that always bonds us. May the same gospel bring peace and comfort to you who love him and will miss him.

Heaven just got an amazing missionary. Serious about the work, but always a joy to be with. We laughed our way through the day We were very successful in La Coruna. He understood the plan of happiness includes happiness. He never let a setback get him down. We have not kept in touch, but I remember him well. Love to his beautiful family.

I am so very saddened to hear of Damon's passing. I have been a patient of his for a long time. Damon would always greet me with a smile and a handshake. I admire him for the way he listened, for his compassion, for his ability to alleviate some the stresses of being ill and for laughing with me when I would tell him how I injured myself this time. I got to be Damon´s nurse a couple times at Ogden regional. I didn´t get to know him very well, but he was a very kind man and spoke of how much he loved his family. He had a very sweet spirit that I somehow felt connected to. My deepest condolences to his loved ones. I hope you can find some

Elder Marsh and I served in the Spain Madrid mission together. I considered him a good friend and an excellent missionary. He had the canny ability to think outside the box, while religiously (pun intended) keeping the rules. He was a great young man, who I understood evolved into a great man. He passed away far too young. Know that I mourn with you in your loss, and am grateful to have known the young man who became your husband, father and grandfather. I have not cried for many years. Learning of Damen’s Death caused me to cry. He’s been my doctor for the last 12 years. I get pneumonia about twice a year. He truly has kept me alive dozens of times. I truly count him as a friend and my doctor. I love that man. My condolences to the family and all those who loved him.

I am so very sorry to hear of Damon's passing. I served with him in the Spain Madrid Mission. He was a very caring, kind and hard working missionary. Sending prayers of peace and comfort to his wife, children and extended family and friends. Heaven just gained another angel.

I am so sorry!! I am crying.. He was the only Doctor that ever cared. He cried with me when all that has happened with my family and with me and celebrated when I had triumphs. I am so sad!! and for the family too. YOU are so LOVED DR.Marsh.. and will always be treasured!!!

Damon and Sherie lived in Orangeville for a time and were always so kind to everyone. I remember our children playing together in the their backyard on Mill Dam Road. His wit and kindness will always be remembered by all. Such a faithful family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Sherie.

I am so sorry for your loss, I knew Elder Marsh from serving together in Spain. He was an amazing and outstanding person and everyone liked and looked up to him. I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Marsh has been my physician since I was a kid, probably close to 15 years. He was always so kind, and caring to me. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Thank you so much for supporting him. He's a genuine example of the level of care a doctor should give to their patients.

"Elder Marsh" was a beloved missionary during our mission together in Spain. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age. He made an impact on many people during his short life! He will always be remembered fondly. Sending prayers of comfort and peace during this time for your family.

He would speak to us in Spanish and make us laugh with his stories and jokes. He was a big help to some of our family members health conditions. We will forever live with a grateful heart towards our much loved doctor. He made our visits to the clinic feel like we´re going to see a friend. No other doctor compares to him. Damon was our doctor for many years. He treated our kids as well. We loved him and thought of him as a good friend. We will miss him so much.
