At work and you came across my mind. I said let me go to her obituary just to see her smiling face. When you meet a person as sweet and kind as you were those are the ones you NEVER forget. Just thinking about you ALWAYS put a smile on my face. Miss you dearly!!!!!!

Miss Dana, I look out my backdoor everyday & I see you coming down the steps of your home & the rain starts to fall, Marcie & I think of you & Terrance everyday.

My mind ran on you this 4th of July. Lady I still can´t believe you´re gone. I meet a young man by the name of Dana Butler and I just smiled because I thought of you and your kindness. I´ll never forgot the first time I meet you along with your mom at MUSC. Still in shock since the day your neighbor told me that you and your husband Terrance had passed away. You are such an angel and I´ll never forget you.

Dana you ran across my mind just had to come here and look at your smiling face. I´m still in awww since the day your neighbor told me you had passed away. Girl I would have been right there crying like a baby. I´ve never met anyone as kind as you were! Take your rest it is so deserving of you! Always always in my heart and mind´

Still can´t believe you´re gone! I often think about you since I found out you´re gone! Happy anniversary in heaven! Miss you lady!!!!

Woke up thinking about you this morning. Your kindness and how bubbly you were. Had to come here just to say you´re on my mind. It´s been over a year your neighbor told me that you passed away. You were a sweet heart. Just wished I was there to see pay my last respects to you! But I know your in heaven!!!!

I hadn't heard from you in years. I keep dialing you number but couldn't reach you. No just thinking of you cards. I keep saying to myself this is not like Dana. I made it my business to find you when I was off on vacation. Went to look for your house asked a neighbor if he knew you he said yes she passed away the day before xmas about 3 years ago. I said no this cant be the same Dana. I said and she has a husband name Terrance? The neighbor said yes Mr.Terrance passed away also. Then I described you to him he said yes she passed away. I could not get to my car fast enough! The tears could not stop. I had to look your obituary up to see if it was true. Reached out to your sister in disbelief. That explains not hearing from you. I keep coming back to your obituary I cant believe you're gone and I didn't even know. U will forever be in me and my girls heart! Love u

To our family Dana will truly be missed. She was always fill of laughter, smiles and always very talkative. Heaven is lit up again when she walked in that gate. I can here her now, mooch I got something for you and always with some pink or green or both colors. Mooch I need you to bake a cake for this person and need it by such and such date and I would say okay. We would meet in the mornings at Northwoods m mall 6:00am on my way to work. I told her the week before Christmas no more orders I will be off but did not know that would be the last baking orders from her, but God knows it all and he prepares us. When we have our gatherings from house to house she will be missed so much, always clean the kitchen spike and span,but heaven have gained a great soul. they way she worked in church and giving heart to people will always be remembered. I got to send this to Theresa and I would say what are you sending now. Never wanted to miss sending things to Theresa, even if she had to mail it. God bless so much memories RIP. Love you but God loves you best.

Dear Drayton Family,
I am truly saddened by the loss of Dana. I admired her for her love of her family & all of her time that she devoted to helping others. She was truly a genuine person. I also had the pleasure of knowing her teacher, Mrs. Claudia, to whom I give credit for raising such a good family.
Please take care of yourselves & each other. I will pray for all of you.
I met several of you when Dana & your Mom worked at the Bank of Walterboro.

We here on earth have lost a BEAUTIFUL to the bone LADY, but GOD needed a faithful helper in heaven & he choose DANA, he does not make mistakes.

There are so many words to describe Dana, one continues to come to mind, loving. We are so thankful that she was able to impact our world in such a gracious way. My condolences to her families.

Dana was a very sweet and kind person that always greet everyone with a big smile. Dana will be missed but Heaven have gain an Angel. My condolences to the family.
