Dana Guanciale Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hilton Funeral Home on Aug. 10, 2024.
Dana A. Guanciale, 65, of Clarksburg, MD, passed away on August 6, 2024.
She was the loving wife to Benjamin Guanciale.
Born on April 17, 1959 in Sharon, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of William Anthony and Peggy Rose (Lewis) Juranovich.
Dana grew up in Sharon, PA. From there graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Dietetics. In 1981, Ben and Dana got married, moving to Florida. For a number of years she worked as a Dietician for nursing homes. Moving back to Pennsylvania, she was a Montessori teacher. In later years, the family moved to Maryland and she helped run the family horse farm and became a real estate agent.
Dana loved her family and her animals more than anything. She loved being outside and taking daily walks with her dogs. Her favorite place to go was the beach. Her energy and smile could light up any room.
Along with her husband, Dana is survived by her children; Keri Guanciale (Bryce Apple) and Vince Guanciale and one sister; Janine Aaron (Michael). Also survived by her nieces; Emily Aaron and Markee Juranovich, and nephews; Bryan Aaron and Nicholas Juranovich.
She was preceded in death by her parents; William and Peggy, and brother; William Brian Juranovich.
