Dear Kelly and Family,
As CORVA members Michael and I remember when Daniel and his brother came with you to some of our events. It seems like yesterday! And now to be sending condolences at the sudden loss of Daniel!!! I'm sure during his short 15 years he left an abundance of memories to sustain you in your grief.

There is this big empty space in our classroom. Not just the literal space where Daniel sat, but the space that is left empty from the kind energy he shared with all who knew him. None of this feels real, to be honest. This isn´t how it is supposed to go. I know I am grateful for the time I had. I know his classmates are grateful for him and for the time they had with him. I know I think of all of you every single day - and my heart, with a room in it for Daniel, will be with you always.
LLD, and my prayers and thoughts with you all,
Kimberly Webber

I´m so sorry for your enormous loss. I remember both boys over the years as robust, enthusiastic and friendly kids. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

I remember first meeting Daniel when he was a little boy. He came down in his jammies to say hi and hang out at a friends gathering his parents were hosting. He was so kind, clever, and funny. I remember giving him a big hug and realizing he smelled delicious I asked Kelly how she managed to make him smell so good and she said it was the little laundry pebbles you throw in the wash. I think about that all the time as I did the same for my kid.
I also think about his unique love for spaghetti and lemon juice...a combination I've never seen anyone else come up with or love as much as he did back then. Daniel grew up from that little boy to become a super tall!, handsome and sweet young man. Cannot believe he was taken from us so abruptly and far too soon. Our hearts are broken from his loss and the pain of losing a child. Giancarlo, Kelly, and Andrew we love you and hold you in our thoughts.

My condolences to the Azabache family. My heart hurts for your family in these trying times. My daughter attended CIHS with Daniel and had several classes with him, he was a friend of hers. LLD

I was Daniel´s first grade teacher and was heartbroken to hear of his passing. I will always remember him as a kind, gentle, and sweet soul. He was smart and had a smile to share with everyone. I will pray that God holds all of you and especially Daniel in the palm of his hand. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
