Daniel Clifford Birchfield, age 64 of Lafollette passed away on November 3, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. Daniel lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger. He was always joking around, loved playing tricks on people and telling stories of old times. He worked for many years at Turbo Towing as a wrecker driver and then went on to pursue his love for traveling as an over the road truck driver. You never knew where you might see him next. Daniel is preceded in death by his parents, Arvel and Cozy Mae Birchfield, and brother Samuel Paul Birchfield. Survivors include: Daughter, Patti Birchfield, Lafollette Son, Jason and wife Michelle Birchfield, Briceville Daughter, Amanda Birchfield, Millbury, OH Grandchildren, Holden, Brittany, Adam, Caleb and Brooklyn Sister Rita (Suzi) Birchfield Special Nieces, Sheri Carroll and Angelia Hatmaker Ex wife and long time friend Janice Birchfield Host of other friends and family The family will have a memorial service at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Rocky Top on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 7:30PM with Mike Stanfield officiating. www.holleygamble.com
