Daniel Carnot Obituary
Appleton - Daniel "Dan" Lee Carnot, age 56, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2021 in Kaukauna. He was born in Kaukauna on June 19, 1964 to John and Mary (Becker) Carnot. Dan enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and trapping. He was an accomplished mason and loved to do carpentry projects and work with his hands.
Dan is survived by his mother Mary Carnot; his son Ryley Carnot; his brothers Dave (Lisa) Carnot and Mike (Jennifer) Carnot; his sister Cheryl (significant other Mark Kercher) Swanningson; nieces and nephews: Krysta Carnot, Kaisha (Travis) Wilson, Joseph Carnot, Kayla Vanden Bloomer, Kyle Vanden Bloomer, Levi Carnot, Michael Carnot Jr., Peyton Carnot, Grayson Carnot, and Jordan Carnot; great nieces and nephew, beloved canine friend Gracie, Godparents Carol DeBruin and Gary Becker; and many loving Aunts, Uncles, and close friends. He is preceded in death by his father John Carnot and his wife Laurie Carnot.
A funeral service for Dan will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 804 Grignon Street, Kaukauna with Pastor Michael Gehl officiating. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
