Daniel Compian, 64, of Waco passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Funeral services will be 11am Monday, May 19th at Pecan Grove Funeral Home with Pastor Albert Fuentes officiating. There will be a visitation from 2pm – 4pm Sunday, May 18th at the funeral home.
Daniel was born January 27, 1961 to Matias and Mary (Mendoza) Compian in Chicago, Illinois.
Daniel loved his family so much. He would drop whatever he was doing to spend time with them. Daniel served as an electrician during his career. A good one at that! He was often seen working in the family electrical business if he wasn’t with his family and grandkids. You couldn’t get him to sit still. He loved to be involved in what was going on around the office. Daniel had a pure and authentic heart of gold and wouldn’t let a person slip by without letting them feel noticed. He loved people so well and would give the shirt off of his back for a stranger.
He was preceded by his parents; and sister, Dorothy.
Daniel is survived by his children: Tailor, Araina, and Austin; daughter-in-law, Sara; grandchildren, Faith Lynn, Tyler Jean, Joey Elizabeth, Tommy Fritz, and Charlie Grace. He is also survived by his siblings, Linda, Robert (Elaine), Joe (Solie), Gloria, Anthony, Melissa (David) and Monica (Rick); along with many nieces and nephews.
