Daniel Robert Dattilo passed away unexpectedly at age 48 on Sunday, August 24, 2025 with his wife by his side. After fighting tirelessly throughout the past month with health issues he's able to finally rest. Daniel was born August 18, 1977 in Detroit, Michigan. His memory will be cherished and survived through his Wife, Ashly Dattilo; Daughter, Berniece Dattilo; Father, Micheal (Donna) Dattilo; Sister, Michelle Boyajian and kids; Sister, Joanna (Phil) McGuckin and kids; Uncle, Fred (Barbara) Lundberg; Stepchildren, Tyler (Amanda) Sudorowski and Ayla Sudorowski; lifelong friends Mike (Barbara) Fortuna and Michelle Thomas. He is preceded in death by his mother Susan Lundberg. Daniel was also a cousin, uncle, nephew, and friend to many and leaves behind laughs and love for us all to remember. Daniel was a goofy, funny and creative man his whole life. He was a huge animal lover and talented drawer. He dedicated so much love, care, and training to his dogs Fannie Mae and Kola, tortoise Morla, and cat, his pretty little princess, Luni. He worked devotedly as a retail manager at CVS for many years before starting his own business selling Lego parts. He was always happiest at home. Spent the time to create a comfortable, styled home by painting and crafting accents, images, decor, and materials to be seen and used around the house for everyone and the animals. He loved supernatural movies and shows, watching documentaries, building Lego sets, and doing puzzles. He collected knick knacks of all his favorite things such as Bob Ross and cryptids. Daniel had love for the simple things in life that brought him and others around him joy. He loved spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He was wonderful man that brought joy to all his loved ones and will forever be missed.
