Daniel Duval Obituary

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of 82 year old Daniel A Duval. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends after a short bout with cancer. Dan was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Daniel was born on October 13, 1942 and entered into eternal life on May 20, 2025. His life was a testament to faith, perseverance and dedication. A graduate of both Bishop Bradley High School and St. Anselm's College, Daniel's journey was marked by his unwavering commitment to his religion, family and his work. A lifelong businessman and salesman, he built his career from humble beginnings, working tirelessly door-to-door, to eventually establishing his own successful company specializing in selling and servicing computers. His entrepreneurial spirit and integrity earned him the respect and admiration of all who knew him. Dan volunteered his service to St. Lawrence Church in Goffstown, New Hampshire for well over a decade. He also tirelessly volunteered his time at a local food pantry for many years. In his retirement, Daniel embraced life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed camping with his wife, family and friends as well as playing pickle ball and golf. As an avid woodworker until almost the very end, his last project was a beautiful cedar chest he made for his wife. He also generously dedicated his time volunteering at the Hospice resale store. Daniel was a devoted husband of 62 years to Irene Doris Tremblay Duval, whom he married with love and faith. He was a caring father to his daughter Joanne, and sons Brian and Jeffrey. He is survived by his brother, Louis Duval of Dunbarton, NH. He was predeceased by his parents as well as his daughter, Christine. His legacy lives on through his family, who cherish his memory and the values he instilled. He will be remembered for his generosity, his unwavering faith, and his playful spirit. May he rest in the eternal peace of our Lord, Jesus Christ. A celebration of life is being planned for the future. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Hospice, reflecting Daniel's compassionate spirit. Rest in peace, Daniel. You will be deeply missed but forever loved. "Well done, good and faithful servant." Matthew 25:23

With heavy hearts, we send our heartfelt prayers to Aunt Irene, Joanne, Brian and Jeffrey.

Always being the jokester, Uncle Dan brought laughter wherever he went. He had a big heart and loved helping those in need.

I know he will surely be missed.
