Obituary of Daniel I. Echevarria
Daniel Isaac Echevarria April 17, 1978 – March 3, 2024
Daniel I. Echevarria passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 3, 2024. With the tragic loss of our dear father, son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend, our hearts can find comfort that he is resting with eternal peace.
Daniel's children and grandkids were the light of his life and his proudest achievement. He was a devoted father and grandpa who loved spending time with them. He cherished playing at the beach, watching them participate in cheer, softball, football and taking them out to family dinners.
Daniel was gifted in his ability to design and construct almost anything. He had an eye for making things work, and the hardworking skills and talent to build them. He generously shared this gift with friends and family and always had fun in the process.
Daniel is survived by his children, Alyssa, Daniel Jr., Alexis, and Anthony; two grandchildren, Ava Rose, and Agustin; his brother Andrew (Erika), Andrew's children Damian, Natalie, and Adalynn; his father Daniel (Mary), their daughters Cori and Tess; grandparents Daniel and Arminta; his loving uncles, aunts and many cousins and friends.
Daniel was predeceased by his mother, Margie Alvarez; his uncle, Larry Alvarez; his grandparents Felicitas and Madriano and his aunt Alicia. Daniel brought joy to those who knew him, and his laughter will be forever held in our hearts. He would want us all to hug our loved ones often and be loyal, patient and kind.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 20, 2024 at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home in Hollister CA from 3pm-7pm. Rosary will begin at 6pm.
Mass will be held on Thursday March 21, 2024 at Saint Benedict Church in Hollister CA from 11am-12pm. Followed by the burial at Calvary Cemetery in Hollister CA from 12pm-1pm.
