Daniel Lee Evetts, affectionately known as "Danny", of Wright City, Missouri passed away November 13, 2025 at the age of 67.

At the age of 16, he experienced the loss of his father, Norman. In time, his mother remarried, and Tom Daniel lovingly stepped into the role of father for Danny and his siblings.

Danny shared 23 wonderful years with the love of his life, Julie. The two were married on March 17, 2012, after a decade together, and their bond remained strong and unwavering through the years.

Beginning his career in the early 1980s, Danny worked as an Aviation Mechanic for Trans States Airlines, a profession he dedicated himself to until 2019.

Danny had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and found peace in spending time fishing. He also enjoyed antiquing, exploring old cars and planes, and had a special love for dogs.

Danny is survived by his loving wife, Julie (Overall) Evetts; his children, Bradley (Carolyn) Evetts, Johnathan (Kimberly) Glover, Anna (fiancé Che Gonzales) Evetts, and Ethan Evetts; his brother, Tony (Tammy) Evetts; his sister, Patricia Sullins; 2+ grandchildren, Pandora Safiya, Amelia Joanna, and a grandson (Daniel) due in February 2026; brother-in-law, David (Lea) Overall; sister-in-law, Lauren Lohmeyer; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Norman Evetts, mother, Anna (Bellamy) Daniel, step-father, Tom Daniel, and brother Steve Evetts.

Danny's greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Cornerstone Apostolic Church, 452 May Road, Wentzville, MO 63385. Visitation: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Memorial Service: 4:00 pm
