Reverend Daniel Stephen Fruh, of Superior Arizona, passed away Monday

February 19th, 2024. He was born on April 3, 1948, in Santa Cruz, CA. He

was the son of Max and Rose Fruh, and the 2nd youngest among the 11

siblings.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings Bill,

Mariam, Sarah, Nathan, Ruth, Joe, Phillip, as well as his son David

Jonathan Fruh.

Daniel Fruh was married to Leona Lee on August 24, 1968 in the state of

California. They were married for 55 years.

Bro. Fruh worked as the director for the Elm Street Mission in Santa Cruz,

CA. In 1977 he began his pastoral ministry and labored in Spokane, WA;

Aberdeen, WA; Galesburg, IL, Mt. Pleasant, IA, Finland, MN; he moved

back to pastor in Aberdeen, WA; Deer Creek, OK, Salem, OR; and

concluded his ministry in Superior, AZ. He was ordained as an elder in the

Bible Missionary Church in 1981 officiated by Bro. Spencer Johnson. He

was an elder on 4 districts. For 14 yrs, while living in Cosmopolis, WA he

ministered as an evangelist and made his Elma, WA bus route a ministry to

win souls to Jesus.

He loved serving Jesus, loved the message of sweet

second blessing Holiness, loved his “sweetheart” and loved his kids and

grandkids. He’d tell you he was just a lump of clay, yet under the sculpting

Hand of the Heavenly Potter, he touched countless eternity-bound souls

both through his humble sweet spirit and the legacy he left, as 6 of his

children are in the ministry today.

Bro Fruh is survived in death by his three siblings; Naomi, Rachel and

Jackie; his beloved sweetheart, Leona Fruh; his eight children, Steve Fruh,

Esther Hallbauer, Leah Deville, Rachel Beach, Rhoda Seward, Jacob Fruh,
